de havikenhof is a wonderfully quiet courtyard. spacious with mainly detached houses in various architectural styles. there is little turnover and that says it all. behind, you look out over the meadows towards the n-18, which is further away. burgundian and attentive living is the norm here.

you drive up and park in the spacious driveway. you can park up to four cars here. we take a few steps back and look at the sleek architecture. the wide roof overhangs, modern color scheme and imposing width appeal immediately. we walk under a wide roof overhang to the front door, which is open to us invitingly. we are ready for it!

through the hall we see the study and the modern toilet. we leave the checkroom, garage (in cavity, heated) and meter cupboard to the right. we also leave the staircase. first we want an impression of the living room and kitchen. and those are really impressive. here we see what the architect added in terms of space, living pleasure and grandeur in 2014. the dining room and kitchen with a host of built-in appliances are on the right, garden side. from the kitchen there is a door to the spacious utility room (which again connects to the garage). a prominently located gas fireplace marks the transition from kitchen to living room with open tv room at the front. the light, the view and the space. in a word: beautiful. on the first floor are beautiful tiles and there is underfloor heating (except for the garage).

upstairs and outside
upstairs are three beautiful bedrooms and an ironing/laundry room. the master bedroom has behind two doors to a wide balcony (wide views!), a large walk-in closet with lighting and air conditioning. the modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, designer radiator, sink, toilet and nice recesses with lighting.
on the landing is a nice daylight. through the vlizotrap we come to the second floor. here is the storage attic with headroom.

the backyard (west) is amazingly free and wide. great on the sun. nice layout. the horses down the road look up curiously when you laugh at a rabbit shooting away. there are two outside faucets and several power outlets. you will spend a lot of time here, absolutely.
